Supervisor Training Series: What Leaders Do - Creating Direction, Alignment and Commitment

Event Description:

Participants will be introduced to the powerful Direction/Alignment/Commitment Model (DAC). The DAC model highlights the leadership practices necessary to promote optimal team performance. Participants will also complete the DAC questionnaire, which helps leaders and team members identify which of the three crucial outcomes of leadership—Direction, Alignment or Commitment—is strongest and which is weakest. Teams can use this questionnaire at any time to assess their own effectiveness, and the resulting rich discussions allow teams to address challenges in a far more meaningful way.
